Problem having started when on the internet at a normal web page that froze. Task Manager would not close window out. Shut down the PC and rebooted back up again. When starting up the pc it goes through normal start up, gets to the Windows ME screen then automatically goes back to the loading ME black screen and stays there. Could not load pc into safe mode by pressing F8, nor do any other functions work after hitting F8. Have disconnected pc from Cable connection, turned power completely off and then restarted pc up, still will not get past the Windows ME loading to get to desktop. Anyone have any suggestions.
