It is Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition.

Now I wonder about the wisdom of running Win 98 SE on this computer..
Its got lots of HDD space, a 500 or so MHz Celeron, but very little
memory. It has 66MB of RAM. I added another 66MB but don't think
132MB is enough.

I know its not enough for Windows 2000 or XP.
