I installed a program called Dimension 4, but then it threw off my system
clock by 9 hours. Instead of it showing 8 pm my clock showed 11 am. So I
deleted the program.

I wonder if Dimension 4 changed this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\TimeZoneInformation

What values do you have for the following paramaters:

"ActiveTimeBias"
"StandardName"
"DaylightName"
"Bias"
