Ah - the current temp here in Holywell according to my Vista Gadget
is -12C (10F)
This is about 3C colder than it was when I woke up this morning
How true this is is anyone's guess - all the thermometers in peoples' cars
only registered -6 this am.

You folks have been getting a taste of our warmer weather, it seems.
Tomorrow will be about 18F here.......forget what that is in Cent. cuz I
avoid it when at all possible. I can't "feel" how warm or cold it is in
Centigrade.

To stay warm.......layer your clothes. And Ron says.....get snow tires.
They are absolutely required here. Lordy, remember tire/tyre chains??

Off for a chicken dinner at Swiss Chalet.........keep warm.

It's been dry and sunny here all day

Lucky you! Enough to say it's white and very cold here.

Well I got my groceries, and he was only about 10 minutes outside my
delivery slot but I don't think I'm going to bother trying to go and
do a top up shop tomorrow I'm not going to risk there still being any
ice around, I can't afford to fall g

Johns got to go out our kitchen light has given up the ghost so he's
got to go get a new fixture then my son-in-laws cousin will come and
fit it for us, although we'll probably get a 5 ' one instead of the
6' that we have now, the tubes are easier to get and cheaper. It's
not done bad though we had it fitted just before we moved in here
nearly 17 years ago. It's been dry and sunny here all day but of course
very cold and the
forecast for tomorrow is the more of the same brrrrrrrrrrr
