This first occured whilst trying to upload software for a epson printer
(Photo RX500), and occurs everytime I try to upload further software.
I tried all the methods I know to resolve this problem, ie checking the

I've tried all these including visiting the 'Knowledgebase' and downloading the suggested DLL's etc; but still no luck.
