But I'll answer your question. To me this is OBVIOUSLY a case of someone who
got a piece of hardware that requires Win98SE and the OP only has FE. If
that isn't obvious to you, maybe you're an idiot, too. Or just someone who
doesn't know jack about Windows, like the other idiot usually known as 98
Guy.
