If display/video is not present then nothing is installed. Otherwise
if it was
present with devices and duplicates showing, you would remove any/all
devices
showing including the duplicates.

Reboot and Windows should redetect the device for installation.

The Shift worked, as I wrote. I removed all the drivers and windows
doesnt detect the videocard. It just doesnt find it.
