Hi marinfr :-)

I have a ME machine which had a virus but has been
cleaned. I have run both spyware and Adaware and cleaned
the machine as well. Now the Internet expolere reponds
with "Explorer Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module
Unknown" when attepted to be opened.

Have run IEradicator and removed IE reloaded it with no
change. ran Norton utilities no help. The machine seems
fine and has a ton of software installed on it. I thought
I would try to reload ME but from what I have read that
will not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try the following and see if it helps:

Windows Millenium Edition (Me)

In Windows Millennium, use an Emergency Boot Disk to boot the computer to
MSDOS mode Without CDROM Support. For more information about how to create
an Emergency Boot Disk, click the article numbers below to view the articles
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

271823 How To Create a Windows Me Startup Disk Manually

At the A:\ Prompt, type Ren c:\explorer.exe explorer.old, and then press
ENTER.
Restart the computer.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps
