I have started the defragmenter multiple times and the %-finished gauge has
never gone beyond 0%, although the defragmenter symbol indicates activity. I
can hear it accasionally accessing the hard drive and see the organge light
go on and off for short bursts (up to 5 seconds). I have left it overnight a
couple of times but with no success. I just turned the defragmenter off after
24hours of continuous running (still at 0% finished). After doing so I got
the following error messag
"An error has ocurred. Filename: IFSMGR (04) + 000157D4, Error: OE : 0028 :
C02BFD30, Hit any key to continye or CTRL ALT DEL to restart." Hitting any
key did not help, so I hit CTRL ALT DEL and then got the following error
message: "Error : 0D:0028:C186SB28". I had to make a forced shutdown.
