You should be able to remove it with Ad-Aware or SpyBot.

Install Ad-Aware 6 free edition, start it, click its 'Check for Updates' link in the
app to install updates, then use it to scan your system, and remove what it finds.

All of a sudden, after I go online, I have been subjected
having my computer freeze when I go onto a program. When
I activate the CTRL + ALT + DELETE, the answer that I get
is that WINDSERVN is not working. How do I overcome this
situation and what is windservn?

When I reboot, sometimes I can going with the program that
I want but should I need to do something more advanced,
the WINDSERVN pops up and freezes my computer again.
