I had to do a full restore of my Compaq Presario computer
and when I finished I could get Windows 98 to start. It
called for a Product ID # which I had on my Certficate of
Authorization. But when I enter that ID number It does
not accept it as not valid. I put the ID3 number in
correctly, but it won't go by that screen. I am stuck
