Default windows 98 floppy disk version

Do you have a laptop where you can only use the floppy drive OR the CD
drive, not both at once? Do you not have the original installation media
(which should be a bootable CD)? What you need to do is use a CD writing
program that can make a bootable CD from a Windows Emergency Boot Disk
(EBD.) Normally, you boot to a floppy EBD, then use it to access the
installation CD. If you can't use a floppy drive, you need to make a
bootable CD version of the EBD and use that instead.

Pretty sure all major CD writing programs have the ability to make bootable
CDs from floppy images. Roxio, for sure, and Nero, Sonic.

I have a windows 98 CD version, but my laptop won't boot from a cd and
there's no way to make it.

Is there any way I can make or get Windows 98 on floppy disks?
