Such caveats include (from my post):
The uninstall option will only be available if the user 2) Chose to retain
the
files belonging to that previous operating system when they upgraded, and 3)
Have not subsequently deleted those saved files (from 2) perhaps in an attempt
to recover space on their hard disk.

Also, of course, all programs and updates to programs installed since the
system was updated to Win Me will be lost.
