Thanks. That sucks. :-( I like DHCP a lot better
because I don't need to worry about IP assignments,
but I guess I need to go to static until I can remove
the extra DHCP server.

No, there is not. DHCP works on a "broadcast" system - your computer

out a request for an address and the first DHCP server to answer gets to
assign the address. This cannot be changed.
