Default HELP -- Monitor bit won't change from 16 colors to a 32-Bit
My Windows Me computer wont change the bits for my monitor. Right now it is
at an 16-Color mode. I want it at a 32-Bit mode. I went to the monitor
settings, and it wont change the bit.


ANY HELP PLEASE?
