I don't think the format has much to do with it, but perhaps. Sounds like
you have to at least find the Georgia font and install it.

If you feel safe doing so, you can send the files to me and I'll see what I
can do. Converting things is something I have to do regularly, and my
collection of fonts is pretty large.

PS. Please do not use ALL CAPS. It is traditionally seen as shouting,
besides being difficult to read.
