Look Joe, on Windows Update, click Catalog in the top at the buttom of
the Windows Update logo (I use XP so maybe the link will not be visible to
you because their may be a difference between the Me and XP WU site). If you
don't see the link, click the Personalise Windows Update and make the
appropriate changes).

That's a different (and entirely disappointing) Windows Catalog. The Windows
Update Catalog (replacement for the old Corporate Windows Update) will be in
the left pane after selecting it in Personalise WU.
