Once again looking for a good FLV player for 98. Seems as
FLV technology develops newer FLVs won't play. Yes I have
VLC. Usually plays everything but just don't care for it.
Have Winamp too. Only plays SOME FLV's with FFDSHOW. Would
like a small standalone package.

Tried ANVSOFT v2 this morning and it would be OK were it
not for 'calling home' every startup checking for newer
version!

Any good software you can pass along?

I bought the pay version so I could use it for DVDs.

ZP doesn't include all the codecs and splitters you need. I
remember I had to get the Halai splitter before .flv files
would play.

They may have simplified the install process since I got it
years ago.

I also like the program because it exposes some of the
internals on how the codecs, splitters, fit together.
