Done! For others, here's a more detailed set of instructions:

Select the original message in this thread (the SPAM) and "Forward as
Attachment" (don't use Forward, as this will not preserve the headers which
the ISPs need in order to follow up.) For OE users, you can get this option
by right-clicking the message or by using the Message menu. Copy/Paste the
line of ISP addresses below, add an appropriate Subject, like "SPAM in MS
newsgroups", and a short message like, "Thank you for your prompt
attention." Finally, add a signature if you wish, then Send.
