Glad you are fixed. MSPaint won't be in the Install/Uninstall tab of
Add/Remove Programs. It will be in the Windows Setup tab...

1. "Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, "
2. Click Accessories, and then click Details.
3. It will show up as "Paint".

But I think it may be possible you have no Windows Setup tab. If so,
I''l go search for the thread in which that condition was solved or
explained. It was a tough one, IIRC. (Therefore, I'll give Edwards/Bear
the first shot, maybe.)
