Have you tried the updated version of FDISK as suggested by Franc:

Odd, I havent seen any posts by Franc or anyone else for that matter, I believed it was just you
and I talking..... something fishy going on.
There is an updated version of FDISK that fixes this problem.

Will follow link right now,,, and thank you and Franc for it, and any one else that may have
contributed that I cant seem to see.
