Hi, my brother's computer is having a little problem when is shuttingdown he
gets the following message in a blue screen:

A fatal Exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C02A27A8 in VxD VWIN32(05) +
000012D0

after that the computer does not shutdown but freeze. His computer is a HP
Pavilion 8660C with Windows 98. If you know how can you solve this problem
please let me know ASAP.
