Default Raid 0/1 Windows Me

First you will have to find a raid controller that supports Win Me - I
don't even know if they exist, Second you would have to limit yourself to
using the FAT32 filing system and Finally limit yourself to a drive
137GB. Personally I wouldn't bother but if that's what you want to do,
give it a whirl. I'm sure that there are some here who would love to hear
how you make out.

BTW do you intend using the array as your boot device or just for storage?
If the former I think you are probably totally out of luck for Win Me.
You might want to consider using a third party boot manager such as
Terabyte Unlimited's BING and using this you would be able to multi-boot
between XP and Vista installed on a raid array and Win Me on another
drive.

Note also that many modern motherboards, especially those with embedded
raid controllers, don't support the use of Win 9x operating systems due to
the lack of the necessary drivers. Neither of my systems with Gigabyte
motherboards, both with RAID sub-systems are able to run Win Me. On this
box I run Win Me when required in a virtual machine (Microsoft's VPC2004
SP1).
