What it means is that you probably have little to worry about regarding
resources although not knowing what and how many application you have
running at the time makes analysis from a distance less than easy. As for
RAM and the size of your swap file and % swap file in use, again not
knowing the amount of physical RAM you have installed and what you might
have running at the time makes comments a little difficult but with
53-73MB of swapfile in use doesn't suggest to me that you are likely to
benefit that much by installing more RAM. It would help though to know
actually how much physical RAM is installed in the system.
