Hello Group...

This is my first post. Here my problem:

Some users on my Work use a DOS Accounting Program and sometimes when
they change the screen mode to fullscreen, the Operating System freeze
or crash. Then the famous "blue screen", and I need to restart. Why?

This occurs randonly.
