Everything shows up fine in device manager. I just don't get the little icon
in the systray.

see differences in the entries between the machines that do work and those
that don't? Are they recorded as removable mass storage devices? Did the
manufacturer have updated drivers available?

They all work on my other 98 computer. But I also just learned that they
do not work on my husband's new XP laptop. He says he never gets the
