Every time I turn on my computer I get this message

Explorer has cause an error in ~7082808388.TMP
Explorer will now close

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting
your computer.

I have tried restarting my computer several times and it
doesn't work. If i close the message I can no longer see
or use my task bar.

Please help!!!!!!!!
