i have 2 pc's connected to a adsl modem/router. both with win me

the other cannot find any web pages, not even the router settings page,
what it will do, is i am able to ping the router ip address, i can ping
the other pc, i can ping other ip's like 216.239.59.14 which is google,
but it will not ping www.google.co.uk
any idias, no firwall or antivirus installed, apart from in the router.
