If the problem persists when you connect the monitor to another system then
the problem is with the hardware and the only practicable solution is likely
to be a new monitor. You can try seeing if you can realign the colours using
the monitors adjustments (if any) but IMO the cost of a repair is likely to
cost far more than a replacement. If the monitor is still covered by warranty
you should contact Dell.
