Default JCORE.DLL: invalid page fault error

This is why I"m here, Glenn. It's the same response I get when I
hear the words, "Juno Support"
Now, can anyone tell me what I might need to do. New installation?

OS: Windows 98
Version: 5.0
Program: Juno Internet Platnium

Error: "Juno has encountered a technical problem that makes it
necessary to shut the program down...."

and after going through the riggamarole,

"JUNO caused an invalid page fault in module JCORE.DLL @
016f:120b0bde"
(You know the rest)

User did not change any options, programs hardware options/software
options, operating systems, etc.
Just, all the sudden, he is getting this error and has no idea why (I
can't make any logic of it either). Is this something like,
"reinstall 5.0 and all the problems will be alleviated"? or should he
look at another version that would still be compatible with Win98?
I'm at a loss.
and, thanks for your help.
