Default Blocking Specific Cookies

Is there a cookie manager type of program that will BLOCK specific

manually delete them using a batch file.

I finally found a cookie manager software that works fairly well on
both IE and Firefox. *It shows the cookies and I can SAVE the ones I

The software I got, is Cookie Monster (freeware). *

Of course this is for Win98se.

Any suggestions?
