Got a hold of a small spare HP monitor. No sign of problem YET. But
still wonder - why would freecell be so much more of a problem? Is it such a
complicated hog? Or are all games a challange for less than high speed high
powered machines? Don't do any high speed high excitement video gaming here
on a Dell Optiplex GX1p, Pent II, 400 mhz, with lots of free space on a
7.5(?) G HD.

I would rank monitor problem as most likely, closely followed by a cabling
problem, with video card somewhat further behind and software not even

worth
considering.

Display will ocassionaly and quickly dim and/or shrink and bounce
back. Haven't seen it while here in OE, once in a while in Hotmail, more
often when just playing Freecell on top of desktop. Don't think I've

seen
it
while browsing with IE 6 (MSNBC homepage). Most likely a monitor

problem?
Video card or computer? Stop playing Freecell? Don't have but am looking
for
another monitor to borrow to investigate. Any most likely suspects?
Thanks. Keith
