Explorer.exe was always in my System Configuration Utility Startup, along
with a few others:
SystemTray, StateMgr, ScanRegistry, my Firewall and AV. All others were not
ticked,.
Note that I can open Explorer and ts working ok. Its also present in the
Close Program window with: Alt+Ctrl. Is this absence of Explorer normal
(been there for 9 years....}????
