If it's a .flv file, I found this

and it works on a very old Win98, just had to install an Adobe flash
player [not the latest, but one of them] and I got full screen
viewing.

I'm not familiar with flv extensions. I'm mainly interested in playing
youtubes and similar videos. Unless they are the same?
