Question is on my Celeron 733Mhz 512MB machine with 'Ultimate Boot
Disk'
Tweaks there is more than just one line as follows:

[vcache]
Chunksize=512
MinFileCache=8192
MaxFileCache=8192

I am also experiencing 'slow performance' using Netscape 7.2 Browser
Javascript page changes.

You only need to add the line to [vcache] that Noel refers to if you have
more than 512MB of RAM installed.
