Again, you won't be able to run Windows ME on that hardware. Windows ME has
Updates just like any other Windows.

No, there is no "download' to upgrade Win98. To get from Win98 to
Win98SE, you have to buy an installation CD, just like you did with the
ME Upgrade. You can go to EBay to find one. Note that the OEM offering of
Win98SE cannot be used to Upgrade and must be clean installed.

Okay, then I just gor from basic 98 to my upgrade to ME. I
see no reason to do Win98SE; I'm comfortable with the ME
upgrade. I would like to add, if there are any, and post-
release fixes for ME, or maybe it was just perfect and needed
no corrections.
