Thanks for advice to install the AVG free, antivirus software. It installed
easily and seems to be working fine. I did have to disable the e-mail
scanner though, because of the error message that my on line service had a
secure port. I don't think it matters though, because the on line service
does virus scans on all the e-mail. I don't think McAffee scanned the
e-mail either. Thanks again for your help.
