Hi,

My computer has been saying Windows Protection Error.
You need to restart. System halted.

I am quite sure I don't have a virus. Could it have
anything to do with network connectionsw at my house?
Other computers on network do not hang unexpectedly as
this one does or show this error.

If I do a slip install of the Windows ME - will I lost
all of my programs etc?
