Any version of Hiren's should have Norton Ghost 2003.

Note the following:

The ONLY time I ever use Ghost is when I want to clone a hard drive to
another drive. This requires the temporary connection of a second
(target or destination) drive to the PC in question. In this situation,
I boot from a floppy disk which has some form of DOS on it (not PC or MS
dos) and it automatically starts Ghost from the floppy.

I have never used Ghost as a windows app.

I don't mess around with cloning software that runs as a windoze app.
