Go to into safe mode, command prompt. Then rename explorer.exe
to explorer.old by typing the following at the prompt:
1.. Type the following at the prompt: ren c:\explorer.exe explorer.old,
and then press ENTER.
2.. Restart the computer.
Let us know if that fixes it.
