Start Shutdown Re-start in MS-DOS Mode
At the prompt, type:
deltree c:\windows\history
When prompted, press Y to delete the folder (windows will re-create a new
one for you)
Re-start your computer or type WIN to return to Windows without a re-start
(not reccomended)
