Default windows 98 floppy disk version

no, i have a start up disk. What I need is the FLOPPY DISK VERSION OF WINDOWS
98 instead. My BIOS settings do not allow for the booting of CDs.
I already have the CD version of Windows 98.
Is there any way to download the OS onto FLOPPY DISKS or can i use my CD
version to transfer it to FLOPPY DISKS?

My Laptop only allows for the use of one drive at a time, and since windows
won't boot because it's corrupt and won't boot CD's on startup I have to use
my FLOPPY DRIVE.

If the laptop has both a floppy and a CD drive, go to
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and create a Windows
98 boot floppy. Use it to start the laptop, select "Start with CD
support", insert your Windows 98 CD, type "setup" and press
"Enter".
