Default windows 98 floppy disk version

Best/easiest way is to create an Emergency Boot Disk on another 98 pc. Boot
to that floppy and choose CD Rom support in the menu that appears. You can
then run the Setup program off the cd which btw is typically E: as the boot
disk creates a ramdisk using the cd's normal D: designation.

I have a windows 98 CD version, but my laptop won't boot from a cd and
there's no way to make it.

Is there any way I can make or get Windows 98 on floppy disks?
