Not sure what you are trying to do, but the new forums for the servers
could/might possibly provide an answer on general server setup [not sure
how these types of W2K questions are being handled there]. Note however,
that "public" connections "server-wise" are being ended with the
phase-out and closing of the MSNews NNTP service.

has been *injected* via third parties.

To display a direct authorized connection requires something like this:
