If you don't have highspeed internet or a cd burner, see if you can get
help from a friend or a public computer.
I would boot into it, and open the file manager, in this case it pcmanfm,
under Applications/System Tools
click the windows partition labled */vfat to mount it. Then start
uploading you critical files to a online host link freshdownload or
badongo.
Then I would reinstall windownme, which is no longer supported by
microsoft, or install u-lite linux which is easy to use and very much
supported by the creators, take your pick.
