Default Windows Error 0E : 018F : BFF8E64B (caused by MS Word????)

I wouldn't put it quite that way

Noel,

This is the second time you've come to my rescue with
clear and easy-to-follow solutions and both times you've
solved the problem.

You're the best!!!!!!!!!

to Normal.jnk.
Reboot - and see if that's helped.
If not.....

Whenever I try to do anything at all in MS Word, my
computer freezes up. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del gets me to a
Windows Error box with the subject error listed. I have
to manually press the power on/off button to do get the
computer to reboot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled

MS
Word but to no avail. This problem just started today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
