I think there are some tools on a windows startup disk that could help you
out. I don't know what the missing thing is. Is there a floppy disk in your
drive?
The only way I have ever gotten win98 to install was to put in my startup
disk. Create a partition, format it and copy the system files. Then I just
call apon the setup file.

I formatted one HDD with FAT32 by win2000 PC.
Then I tried to install win98se to this HDD.
But I can not do it with error message as:
"NTLDR is missing. Press any key to restart."
Then I press key, and message is:
"Disk Boot Failure, insert system disk and press enter"
Does anybody have idea to this problem? I need your help.
thank you
