Final update.

Having a new system built. Even the company that builds my "stuff" couldn't
find out what's wrong w/o spending a lot of time.
For an older 950m system, not worth it. Better off spending that $$$ on a
new tower.

Pulled everything off the MB except the video card and HD. Still no go.
I even replaced the 40gig HD with a good 20gig, again my supply box, and
