scribbled some
thoughts:

Windows 98 O/S having a problem with a file that loads
during startup. This PC has had numerous problems
(addware/spyware/numerous pop-ups/possible
virus/unregistered software) Updated Windows critical
updates WIN 98 files and drivers.

Error msg :
Setup could not open/finish file on source disk.File
might be missing or corrupted -

Source:C\WINDOWS\TEMP\THIE11.TMP\mxTarget.dll
Destination: C:\WINDOWS\mxTarget.dll=mxTarget.dll

Questions?
Can I just copy this file from another PC or from WIN 98
CD and just put in the proper path and reboot or do I
have to reload the OS.
Please let me know,I can be contacted at :
