Default How to change hard drive partitions

Win Me contains no tools that would allow you to change your partition sizes
without the loss of all data. Basically you would have to use fdisk from DOS
and wipe out your existing partition structure and then create the two new
partitions to meet your requirements.

Alternatively you could use third party tools such as the late lamented
PowerQuest's Partition Magic (now sadly owned by Symantec)
(http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/) or BootitNG from Terabyte
Unlimited (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/).

Perhaps easier would be to explain why you feel the need to change your
partition sizes. If short of space on C: you could perhaps benefit from
moving some of its contents to D: such as your Desktop and MyDocuments
objects.

I am running windows me and have two partitions (C & D).
I would like to change the partitions from C=15gb and
D=25gb to C=30gb and D=10gb.

What is the best/easiest way to accomplish this? There is
currently nothing on the D drive.

Thanks in advance.
